  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
